I've read several different reviews from people saying they've had terrible service, but this is the second time I've done business with the company and both have been wonderful experiences. I will buy my next pc from them again.

I just received my order and I am very impressed. Everything was included, and everything was to my exact specifications. My machine came out of the box in perfect running order and with some extra odds and ends that I didn't even ask for but I might have needed. I couldn't be happier with my order. I was also quite astounded by the level of customization avaliable to equip your machine. However, I can't comment on the tech support because I haven't needed it. They even completed my machine a few days early, and the shipping was right on time. The equipment was packed very well also. Cyber Power can rest assured they will have a repeat customer for my next rig. Great job guys.

Disappointed that I could have gotten myself free shipping simply by starting with a different configuration, which I could turn into a machine that is not eligible for free shipping. What's the point?

I originally tried to buy a Cyberpowr PC last December, but becasue of large delays I cancelled the order. This time things went right on schedule. A great PC at a very good price. However if you are afraid to open the case and get your hands a little dirty becareful. A couple of USB port connections had come loose during shipping and one was never connected during assembly.
I wish they would ship UPS-FED EX lost my shipment for a few hours on the day of delivery. It was on the truck all along, but when they first came at noon they didn't know it was mine because of a data error on delivery guys PDA.
Finally I wish you guys would make the website a little simpler. I get a different price for the exact same build, depending on which base PC I start from. I picked the Gamer Infinty XLC because mine came out cheaper that way.

As far as Cyberpower is concerned, it was well built and taken care of. The actual parts I bought weren't exactly what I wanted but that was really my problem.

Just as idea, maybe if requested, someone could go over the builds with the customer before they buy them to make sure its exactly what they want.

Shipped out early. Got here early. Good quality everything runs well. Customer service wasn't that great kinda rude and not very knowledge able. Found cheaper on another website after i bought but the quality seems to surpass the price.

Great prices, Great product. Pc came I uploaded driver's Used my Windows OS and bam! Not one problem and the pc is incredible.

You need to understand PCs well in order to use this website. After my order I was contacted to upgrade my power supply. A configuration/compatibility check would be helpful and eliminate this extra step.

The computers we ordered are very nice. Cyberpower was very good to deal with and the customer support was very helpfull and friendly on an issue we had with setting them up. Not impressed with the fedex delivery end though. I came home to find the computers left on my porch all day in the hot afternoon sun. Fortunately, I have good neighbors that watched them for us. Fedex never even collected the signature that they were supposed to. Another positive note on cyberpower's part is that despite the outer boxes being very hot to the touch the inner ones were cool and the heat had not penetrated into the computer components. Would like to see another carrier used especially given the fact that they charge a fuel surcharge. Overall, we are very impressed with cyberpower and would order from them again.

The shipping took a while but i understand since you guys had to build the computer and i didnt pay extra. Either than that really good job!
