Best PC Game Releases this October 2018 (Part 1)

October marks the start of the fourth quarter of the year, and I’m sure that most of you are curious about the games that will be launched during this period. This month, we’re going to see a few of the year’s biggest releases including Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Forza Horizon 4, WWE 2k19, Soul Calibur VI, and many more. To feature all of these games, we’re going to post two parts of this article.

Let’s check out the first five games we’re going to feature:

Forza Horizon 4

The fourth entry in the Forza Horizon title, Forza Horizon 4, is slated for release this October 2 for Microsoft Windows gaming computers and Xbox One. The game will be the first in the series to feature a changing seasons environment and will be set in a fictionalized version of UK. The game will feature 450 licensed cars and will allow the player to even create their own races using the route creator.

Mega Man 11

Mega Man 11 is an upcoming action-platform video game from Capcom, which features our favorite characters from the MegaMan. It will feature the same 2.5D graphics style similar to the previous games. Characters will be featured in 3D polygonal style while the environments will remain in 2D. Player will take control of Mega Man as he tries to stop Dr. Wily from using the Double Gear System.

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is the latest release in the AC series and is set in the year 431 BCE during the Peloponnesian War. Playing either as Alexios or Kassandra, the player must then choose to fight for Athens and the Delian League or for the Peloponnesian League which is led by Sparta.

WWE 2K19

October 9

WWE 2K19 is the latest professional wrestling video game, developed by Yuke’s and Visual Concepts, and is published by 2K Sports. It is the 20th installment in the WWE game series and follows the WWE 2K18. According to its developer, the game will feature more fluid gameplay, moving away from the simulation-style gameplay known from the previous games.

Call of Duty:

October 12

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is the most awaited sequel to the 2015 game, Call of Duty: Black Ops III. It is also the fifth entry in the Black Ops series and is the 15th game in the Call of Duty series. Similar to its predecessors, it is a multiplayer first-person shooter video game which will feature different game modes.
