The new first-person shooter from Turtle Rock Studios, Evolve, initially set to be released on October 11 2014, has now been pushed back to February 10, 2015.
Evolve, becoming a highly anticipated game after its successful showing at E3, brought in a lot of fans with its unique team-fighting cooperative objectives in a shooting game. Unlike Call of Duty or Titanfall, Evolve has class specific roles for each team to take out the designated monster. This forces teams to think strategically and brainstorm about the best tactics for the given monster.
Unfortunately, players will now have more time to brainstorm as Evolve joins the list of upcoming games to be pushed back into the 2015 year. With notable titles such as Batman: Arkham Knight, Battlefield Hardline, Dragon’s Age: Inquisition and, now, Evolve all coming in the early next year, it looks like 2015 is going to be an enormous year for game releases. (Ed’s note: *cough* HL3 *cough*)
