It can be found on a corpse found in the Undead Burg or in the bridge that the Hellkite Dragon occupies.

It has a standard damage of 99 and can be upgraded up to +15 which have a basic damage of 225. All you need to upgrade the Uchigatana can be upgraded by using Titanite, Large Ember and Very Large Ember.
