Apex Legends is Coming to Steam

Get your gaming PC ready… Apex Legends is finally coming to Steam this Fall! It will also be available for Nintendo Switch. And that’s not all, the game will also enable cross playing across all platforms. This means that PC users can now play with their console user friends online.

Apex Legends launched in February 2019 exclusively via EA Origin for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Since its one-year exclusive launch has passed, Respawn is expanding the game to other services and platforms like Steam and Nintendo Switch. This means that Origin users should expect a growing gaming community by Fall as the game launches via Steam and Switch.

Aside from this news, Apex Legends has just released its latest season. The Season content introduced a new legend character named Loba. According to her character description, Loba is a supporting character that helps her squad find loots across the map and secure it for themselves.

Currently, Respawn continuously release new content as part of their Lost Treasures event that started last June 23.

The Lost Treasures is a limited-time event that features new cosmetics. It also brought back old game modes such as the Armed and Dangerous mode. A new item has also entered the game called Mobile Respawn. According to developers, this item will let its user revive their teammates by setting the mobile console down.

Apex Legends is a battle-royale game from Respawn Studio and Electronic Arts. In-game, 20 squads with three players are all put into an island to search for weapons and items that can help them defeat other players. As time passes, its playable area shrinks until players can no longer evade each other and must fight until only one team remains. The team which remains alive by the end of the game becomes the winner.
