Respawn Entertainment is getting ready this June for Apex Legends Season 2 Battle Pass. Aside from that, they also have a new two-week-long in-game event called The Legendary Hunting, which has just started last week.

With the upcoming release of Season 2 Battle Pass, Respawn Entertainment has started filling fans with the details about the new content. According to the developers, the Battle Pass will not just be about the latest additions but was also designed to improve the player’s gaming experience. In a blog post published on EA’s website, Lead Product Manager Lee Horn had stated about the upcoming improvements that players can expect from Season 2. These adjustments are designed to make progression easier and for players to acquire more rewards.

Some of these adjustments include the following:

  • Daily and Weekly Challenges
  • Reduced Time to Battle Pass level 100
  • Three additional Legendary Skins added as rewards track
  • New content categories to replace the badge and stat tracker rewards
  • More Crafting Metal rewards from the full reward track

Aside from these improvements, Season 2 Battle Pass will have a Legendary Item every 25 levels. Voice lines will also be replaced by Metal rewards so players can craft any Legendary item of their choice.

But while waiting for the Season 2 Battle Pass to be released, players can enjoy the on-going Legendary Hunt event on Apex Legends right now. It focuses on the players finishing on Top 5 in any match. Doing so will get the player into a queue of other Top 5 winners.

To try the event, make sure to download the latest update of Apex Legends on your gaming PC or gaming laptop.
