Assassin’s Creed Unity Involves Female Fighter

Assassin’s Creed Unity mentioned in an earlier date that they will be the first Assassin’s Creed to have a 4 player co-op mode. Now we have a trailer of one of the potential playable Assassins.

The video above, aside from being an incredible cinematic trailer, shows Templar, a girl who is saved by our already known protagonist, Arno. As Arno saves Templar from being beheaded, Templar is shown to thank him by picking up a blade of her own prepared to fight by Arno’s side.

Assassin’s Creed’s lack of playable female characters has arisen in conversation previously, and it was a good call to introduce a female character in a game where you can play as 4 different Assassins.

Although it’s not confirmed that she will be a playable character, it’s a pretty safe assumption to think that she’ll be appearing in a large part of the storyline for the upcoming game. Unity is set to release October 28 of this year and is already shaping up to look like another beautiful Assassin’s Creed masterpiece.
