Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Reveals DLC

Assassins-Creed-Valhalla

Ubisoft finally announces its roadmap for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, which features its season map and post-launch support. This includes the DLC that is said to take place in Ireland and Paris, as well as a Discovery Tour and free seasonal updates.

The Valhalla season pass will feature two expansions and one exclusive quest. The quest is called the Legend of Beowulf and will be available to season pass owners on the game’s launch day. This quest will allow players to explore the truth behind the legend of Beowulf.

The first expansion in the season pass is called Wrath of the Druids. It will be available in Spring 2021 and is set in Ireland as Eivor tracks down a druid cult. The second expansion will then be available in Summer 2021 and is called The Siege of Paris. This expansion will allow players to relive the most ambitious battle in Viking history as the Vikings infiltrate the fortified city of Paris.

Players who didn’t buy the game’s season pass will still be able to access a variety of free post-launch updates. The first update will launch in December and will add the following updates on Valhalla:

wrath of the druids
  • Yule Festival
  • settlement area
  • replayable River Raids activity
  • skills and abilities
  • weapons and gear
  • longship
  • horse
  • raven
  • cosmetics for settlement

Ubisoft hasn’t released the full details of Valhalla’s second season. But according to the developer, the second season begins in March 2021. It will add a new mode to the game, an update to the Jomsviking system, new festivals, and gears. Ubisoft also confirms that Valhalla will come with a third and fourth season.

As stated earlier, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will feature a Discovery Tour. This will allow the players to explore Valhalla’s world as a conflict-free educational mode. This mode was also featured in previous games in the series, including Creed Origins and Odyssey. On the other hand, the Discovery Tour will be added to Valhalla sometime in 2021.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is available to play on Microsoft Windows gaming PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. It will also be available for next-gen consoles, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5.
