Batman: Arkham Knight Returns to Steam

Batman Arkham Knight Returns to Steam

Batman: Arkham Knight was pulled from Steam earlier this year due to poor performance on PC gaming machines along with various other bugs. But last Wednesday (Oct. 28), Warner Bros. Interactive and Rocksteady Games re-released the game with some free games at no additional cost.

Warner Bros Interactive says this is its way of commemorating the relaunch of the game, which is now available to PC users. The promotion gives free digital copies of Arkham Asylum, Arkham City, Arkham Origins and Arkham Origins Blackgate to those who already bought the Arkham Knight for gaming PCs or to those who will buy it before November 16.

“We’re actively working with our partners at Valve to make this happen as soon as we can, so watch your Steam Library,” Warner Bros. said. “We are aiming to deliver all of the games by December.”

In addition to this, Developer Rocksteady Studios is also creating a new ‘Community Challenge Pack’. The contents of this pack were not disclosed, but Warner Bros. said PC players on Steam will receive access to the maps one week before they come to consoles.

Arkham Knight PC owners are entitled to get free digital copies of games from the Batman: Arkham library, the “Community Challenge Pack” DLC, and the Batman: Arkham inspired Team Fortress 2 items created by the Batman: Arkham community. Not bad eh? We could only hope that all the bugs are fixed and give us a more enjoyable experience.
