Doom Eternal fans have been ready to start slaying demons since it was revealed at E3 2018. But to those who are going to use a gaming PC to play the game, there is one question remaining: “what are the PC system requirements?”

Good thing that Bethesda has finally released the minimum and recommended settings players will need to play Doom Eternal in their PC.

Let’s check the following spec requirements:

Minimum Specification Requirement

  • 64-bit processor and operating system
  • Operating system: 64-bit Windows 7/64 bit Windows 10
  • Processor: Intel Core i5 at 3.3 GHz or better, or AMD Ryzen 3 at 3.1 GHz or better
  • Memory: 8GB RAM
  • Graphics: AMD Radeon R9 290 (4GB) | RX 470 (4GB) or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 (4GB) | GTX 1060 (6GB) | GTX 1650 (4GB)
  • Storage: 50 GB available space
  • Additional Notes: 1080p / 60 FPS / Low Quality Settings

Recommended Specification Requirement

  • 64-bit processor and operating system
  • Operating system: 64-bit Windows 10
  • Processor: Intel Core i7-6700 or AMD Ryzen 7 1800X
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM
  • Graphics: RTX 2060 (8GB), NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 (8GB), or AMD Radeon RX Vega56 (8GB)
  • Storage: 50 GB available space
  • Additional Notes: 1440p / 60 FPS / High Quality Settings

Fans of the game also noticed that Doom Eternal’s minimum and GPU settings are what Doom 2016 had for a recommended specification list. So if you’re going with the minimum setting, we think that you’ll still be able to get the game’s 1080 and 60 frames per second even on the game’s lowest setting.

Doom Eternal is expected to be released on March 20, 2020, for PC, PS4, Google Stadia, and XONE. It will also be released for Nintendo Switch either on the 3rd or 4th quarter of this year.
