Bandai Namco has introduced Cooler as the newest character to join the roster of fighters in their action-fighting game, DragonBall FighterZ.
Cooler was revealed in a character trailer following the DragonBall FighterZ tournament that was held at EVO 2018. The trailer first showed fighting sequences between the other characters and was then followed with Goku and Vegeta, who will be released in the game on August 8. In the latter part of the trailer, Cooler was then shown as an antagonist along with his gameplay and skills.

For those of you that didn’t know Cooler, he is the older brother of the antagonist Frieza and son of King Cold, the king of the universe. He was first introduced as the antagonist in the movie Dragon Ball Z: Cooler’s Revenge. And now, he will be returning as an enemy in DragonBall FighterZ with the goal of exterminating all the Saiyans in planet Earth.
DragonBall FighterZ is a 2.5D action-fighting game from Bandai Namco, which was developed by Arc System Works using Unreal Engine 4. The game is based on the world-famous anime/manga franchise, Dragon Ball. It features action-packed gameplay that gives endless spectacular fights and high-end anime graphics.
The game was released on January 2018 for Microsoft Windows gaming PCs, XBox One and PlayStation 4 consoles. Since then, it has received positive feedback from fans and gamers worldwide, naming it as one of the best fighting games. From its visuals, all the way to its gameplay, music, and roster of characters, was highly praised by the critics. The game also has a lot of online features including ranked matches, an interactive lobby, and a crazy 6 player party match.
