Doom Eternal is scheduled to be released for PS4, Xbox One, and MS gaming PC this coming March 20, 2020. It will also be launched later for Nintendo Switch, but without a scheduled date as of the moment. It serves as a sequel to Doom (2016).
The game will equip players, a.k.a. Doom Slayer with new demon-killing weapons, which includes a meat hook that allows the player to fling himself through the environment.
Doom Eternal will also feature weapons such as the shoulder-mounted cannon, the flame thrower, and the retractable blade.
Its pre-order is now available in stores. Players can get it from Walmart and Amazon for only $49.94. However, it will cost more if you get it on stores like Best Buy, GameStop, Microsoft Store, and Green Man Gaming, which offers the game for $59.99.
For players who want to pre-order the game’s deluxe edition, it costs around $89.99 on all stores mentioned above. The Doom Eternal Deluxe Edition will include a One Year Pass that comes with two single-player campaign expansions, a Demonic Slayer Skin, and Classic Weapons Sound Pack.
There is also the Doom Eternal Collector’s Edition, which is currently sold out in all the market stores. The collector’s edition includes a full-size, wearable Doom Slayer helmet replica, a playable cassette tape which includes digital copies of Doom (2016) and Doom Eternal soundtracks, a Doom lore book, and a Gift of the Ardent Power lithograph. The Collector’s Edition includes all digital items found in the Deluxe Edition.
