EA announced that Apex Legends Season 2 will be revealed at E3 next month.

The video game company announced this during their latest earnings call. According to EA, the first details of Apex Legends’ upcoming second season will be revealed at the EA Play Conference on June 7th. The said event will take place at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles. It will also be broadcasted live so fans would be able to watch their announcements online.

EA also said that the upcoming content for Apex Legends Season 2 will feature prominent and robust plans. According to EA CEO Andrew Wilson, they are focused on delivering a long-term live service for the game’s massive global community. The new season will feature more robust Battle Pass content, new legends, as well as exciting evolutions to its in-game environment.

The second season of Apex Legends is reportedly scheduled to start by the end of the 2nd quarter. That means that the second season of the game is likely to begin before June 30th.

Aside from that, EA further revealed their plan for Apex Legends including the development of its mobile version. A mobile release will bring Apex Legends in line with the other two battle-royale leaders namely PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) and Fortnite. These two games were first published for gaming PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. Due to their popularity, it wasn’t long before their mobile versions were released in the market.
