Released of Final Fantasy 8 remastered for your gaming pc.

After months of waiting, Square Enix finally announced the release date of Final Fantasy VIII Remastered. According to the Japanese video game developer, the game will be available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Steam on September 3, 2019, for $19.99.

The announcement came via an official tweet on the Final Fantasy Twitter account, alongside a brand new release date trailer. The remastered version of the game will bring the 1999 classic to the present day with new graphical enhancements as well as a whole host of options to customize the player’s gameplay experience.

The game will join the Final Fantasy VIII, IX, X, X-2, and XII on current consoles and gaming PC, which was confirmed by Square Enix during the last E3 conference.

Final Fantasy VIII follows the story of a group of young mercenaries led by Squall Leonhart. As the team becomes involved in a conflicted mission, they soon learned that the reason behind it was a sorceress named Ultimecia, who wishes to compress time. Squall also struggles with his role as the leader and his developing feelings to one of his comrades, Rinoa.

Final Fantasy VIII was first released in 1999 for PlayStation 4 consoles, and in 2000 for Microsoft Windows gaming PCs. It is one of the most popular games in the series and was highly praised for its originality and stunning visuals.
