What should a good gaming laptop have?
A good gaming laptop in 2024 should have the latest Intel 14th Gen mobile processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 Series graphics. The laptop should have a sharp, high refresh rate display that games and everything else you are doing on the laptop will look great. It should also have adequate cooling, as well as a solid battery life. Our 2024 laptops, the Tracer VIII Series, delivers on all of these great features, on top of having optional detachable liquid cooling that allows the laptop to perform better (and cooler) than many other gaming laptops out there on the market.
Some other notable features included in our Tracer VIII gaming laptops are an ultra thin design, a 180 degree hinge that allows the screen to lay completely flat, and a ultra slim power adapter that make these our most powerful, and portable laptops yet.
Is the liquid cooling on the Tracer VIII safe?
The liquid cooling dock is an optional accessory for select models of the Tracer VIII. The external cooling chasses connects and detaches with ease using a 2 water stop. This stop uses a Mag-Valve, which activates via magnets. Thus detaching and attaching the liquid cooler is completely safe and leakage free.
The laptop has it’s own internal cooling as well, so it works fine whether you have the dock connected or not.
The liquid cooling unit itself is super simple to disassemble and clean. Dust build up can gradually effect the efficiency of heat dissipation. By removing 4 screws on the shell of the unit, you can access the internal parts which allows for easy cleaning and maintenance.
