Genshin Impact 2.3 brings the re-run banners of Albedo and Eula on gaming PC and gaming consoles. Last week, we featured Albedo and a complete list of his talents/abilities. But this week, we will feature Eula, one of the vital characters in the latest story event, “Shadows Amidst Snowstorm.”
Eula is known as Mondstadt’s Spindrift Knight. She hails from the infamous Lawrence Clan, who once ruled Mondstadt and was overthrown due to their tyranny. Defying the rules, Eula severed her ties with the clan and decided to become the Spindrift Knight of Mondstadt. With her unique swordsmanship, she hunts down Mondstadt’s enemies in the wild.
Eula is a 5-star Cryo character who wields a claymore to deal physical and Cryo Damage to her enemies. Out of all the claymore users in the game, she is the fastest to deal continuous blows with her unique attack moves.

Eula Talents
Favonius Bladework: Edel – Normal Attack
- Normal Attack: Eula performs up to 5 consecutive attacks.
- Charged Attack: Eula drains Stamina over time to perform continuous slashes. At the end of its sequence, she performs a more powerful slash.
- Plunging Attack: Eula drops from mid-air and strikes the ground, damaging enemies around her and dealing AoE Damage upon impact.
Icetide Vortex: Elemental Skill

Eula slashes swiftly, dealing with Cryo Damage. When it hits an enemy, Eula gains a stack of Grimheart, which stacks up to 2 times. These stacks can only gain once every 0.3 seconds.
Grimheart
Upon gaining Grimheart, it increases Eula’s resistance to interruption and defense.
Hold
Eula wields her sword, consuming all stacks of Grimheart. She lashes her sword forward and deals AoE Cryo Damage to enemies in front of her.
If the Grimheart stacks are consumed, any surrounding enemies will have their Physical Resistance, and Cryo Resistance decreased.
Each consumed stack of Grimheart will convert into an Icewhirl Brand which deals Cryo Damage to nearby opponents.
Glacial Illumination: Elemental Burst
Eula brandishes her greatsword, which deals with Cryo Damage to nearby opponents. It creates a Lightfall Sword which follows her around for a duration of up to 7 seconds.
While it is present, the Lightfall Sword will increase Eula’s resistance to any interruption. When Eula’s own Normal Attack, Elemental Skill, and Elemental Burst will deal Damage to opponents. Each attack will also charge the Lightfall Sword, which can gain an energy stack once every 0.1 seconds.
Once the duration ends, the Lightfall Sword will descend, exploding, dealing with Physical Damage to nearby enemies.
Its Damage scales on the number of energy stacks the Lightfall Sword has accumulated.
If ever Eula leaves the field, the Lightfall Sword will explode immediately.
Roiling Rime – 1st Ascension Passive
If Eula’s 2 stacks of Grimheart are consumed, holding Icetide Vortex will unleash a Shattered Lightfall Sword. This will explode immediately and deal 50% of the basic Physical Damage by a Lightfall Sword from her Glacial Illumination.
Wellspring of War-Lust – 4th Ascension Passive
Once Glacial Illumination is cast, the cooldown of Icetide Vortex is reset. Eula also gains 1 stack of Grimheart.
Aristocratic Introspection – Utility Passive
When Eula crafts any Character Talent Materials, she has a 10% chance to receive double the product.
