Genshin Impact new weapons Version 2.2 released the rerun of Tartaglia’s banner – Farewell to Snezhnaya last October 13, 2021. Along with his banner came the new Epitome Invocation – Weapon Banner. And in this banner, we get to see the two new weapons added to the game. These new weapons are the 5-star Polar Star (Bow) and the 4-star Akuoumaru (Claymore).

Polar Star (Bow) – 5 Star Weapon
The Polar Star is described as a pristine bow that is as sharp as the glaciers of the far north.
Stats and Abilities
- Rarity: 5-Star Weapon (Bow)
- CRIT Rate: 33.1% (Level 90 / Refinement Rank 1)
- Base Attack: 608 (Level 90 / Refinement Rank 1)
- Ability: Daylight’s Augury
Its ability gives an increase of Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst DMG by 12%. Suppose the wielder hits an opponent with a Normal Attack/Charged Attack/Elemental Skill/Elemental Burst. In that case, he gains 1 stack of Ashen Nightstar for 12 seconds. When the user gains 1/2/3/4 stacks of the Ashen Nightstar are present, his Attack will increase by 10/20/30/48%.
The stack of Ashen Night from the Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill, or Elemental Burst will be counted independently from the others.
Akuoumaru (Claymore) – 4 Star Weapon
The Akuoumaru is described as the beloved store of the legendary “Akuou,” a historical figure in Inazuma who dueled against the Great Tengu. This blade is majestic, and although it is huge, it is effortless to wield.

- Rarity: 4-Star Weapon (Claymore)
- Attack: 41.3% (Level 90 / Refinement Rank 1)
- Base Attack: 510 (Level 90 / Refinement Rank 1)
- Ability: Watatsumi Wavewalker
When a character equips this weapon, his Elemental Burst Damage will increase by 0.12% based on the entire party’s combined maximum Energy capacity. Up to a maximum of 40% increase in Elemental Burst Damage can be obtained using this weapon.
