Tomb Raider undeniably is one of the most famous media franchise that originated from an action-adventure video game. The franchise itself has spawned films, animated series, and various comics. Most of us have grown up, playing the video game series and watching its protagonist Lara Croft evolved before our very eyes. We all watched how Angelina Jolie gave life to the character and can’t deny the fact how we will miss her portrayal on the upcoming reboot this 2018.
But let’s forget that for the meantime and check out this latest Steam game inspired by the franchise, the Lara Croft GO. It is a turn-based adventure puzzle game set in a long-forgotten world. Play as Lara Croft once again and explore the ruins of an ancient civilization. You must discover well-kept secrets while overcoming deadly obstacles as you uncover the myth of the Queen of Venom.
Lara Croft GO was just released on December 4 for Microsoft gaming computers and laptops. It was first released for mobile phones developed by Square Enix Montréal as a spiritual successor to Hitman Go. Its core gameplay and control scheme pretty much resembles the said game, wherein the character and the environment takes turns when moving just like in chess.
The game lets you experience lush visuals and a captivating soundtrack that will surely keep you entertained. It also features complex puzzles to keep you guessing. Fight menacing enemies, face dangerous obstacles, and escape deadly traps. Survive at all cost while you try to unlock the mystery of the ancient ruin, collect the relics, and unlock new outfits for Lara.
