Lillia is the newest champion in League of Legends. She is a magical-ranged champion who takes on the role of a duelist. Below is a list of her abilities to give you a better look at her gameplay.

Passive – Dream Laden Bough
Lillia’s skills apply Dream Dust, which deals 5% max Health magic damage over 3 seconds. Its max damage starts at 40 and scales up to 100 once Lillia reaches level 18.
Q – Blooming Blows
Lillia’s skill hits grants 7% Move Speed for 5 seconds in its passive state, stacking up to five times.
Once activated, Lillia whirls her censor, which deals 30 plus 40 magic damage and 30 plus 40 true damage at the outer edge.
W – Watch Out! Eep!
Lillia winds up a huge strike upon activation, which deals 70 plus 30% AP magic damage. Enemies who happen to be in the center take 210 plus 90% AP damage instead.
E – Swirlsweed
This skill enables Lillia to lob a swirlsweed overhead, which deals 70 plus 40% AP magic damage to where it lands. It also can reveal and slow enemies by 25% for 3 seconds. If no enemies are hit, the seed continues to roll until it hits an enemy or collides with the terrain.
R – Lilting Lullaby
Lillia causes all enemy champions to become drowsy for 1.5 seconds using her Dream Dust. After that, they fall asleep for 2 seconds.
When awakened by damage, they can take additional damage 100 plus 30% AP magic damage.
Upon using skill, drowsy units can increasingly be slowed over the duration and fall Asleep afterward.
Any unit Asleep won’t be able to move or act until damaged by an enemy with non-periodic damage.
