League of Legend has finally revealed the next champion to enter the Summoner’s Rift, and it happens to be Lucian’s wife, Senna.
Riot has released Senna’s Champion Animated Trailer in their Pls 10th Anniversary Edition Live Stream. The developer also noted that Senna is designed as a support marksman. And that she will be initially released for PBE testing on October 29.
For years, fans have been speculating that Riot will include Senna as a playable champion in the game, especially since she has a strong connection to Lucian.

In Lucian’s backstory, Senna was his late father’s apprentice who he eventually fell in love and married. Together they hunted undead spirits and worked as Sentinels of the Light. However, during an encounter with Thresh, Senna died sacrificing herself to save Lucian. Her soul was then claimed by Thresh’s eldritch lantern.
From then on, Lucian hunted Thresh in the hope of destroying his lantern and freeing Senna’s soul. But as the champion trailer revealed, something unexpected happen when Lucian managed to destroy Thresh’s lantern. Senna reemerged in an altered form.
With Senna’s return to Lucian, the Summoner’s Rift will seem to welcome its second power couple. Now, we’ll get to see a new duo couple aside from Xayah and Rakan.
