It’s official, Jade, one of the series alumni, will be making her return in the latest installment of Mortal Kombat.
The confirmation during the latest Kombat Kast, wherein the developers announced the official return of the ultimate stealth assassin in the game, after sitting out Mortal Kombat X. For those who don’t remember, Jade’s last appearance in the game was in 2011’s Mortal Kombat, where she was violently disemboweled and killed by Sindel. But her story didn’t end there, it was later shown that she was resurrected by Quan Chi and turned her as his slave.
Her backstory perhaps is the reason for her undead-like appearance in Mortal Kombat 11 as seen in her reveal trailer. The trailer also gives us fans a sneak peek of her attacks and fatalities in the upcoming game.
