NetherRealm Studio has finally released the official Mortal Kombat 11 trailer for The Elder Goddess Cetrion.

Cetrion is the newest playable character to join Mortal Kombat 11’s roster. She can use the power of nature including the elements: earth, fire, water, and air.

In the trailer, we get to see her fighting style and her fatalities. One of the notable scenes is when Cetrion summons a rock from the ground and throws it to Jade’s face repeatedly. We also get to see her pull rocks from the ground to hurl at her opponent, and summons forth small twisters to stun the enemy. Aside from that, we also get to see her use her water-controlling ability as she used it to trap Sonya by freezing and then dropping her to the ground.

Cetrion is one of the new characters to debut in Mortal Kombat 11. She is an Elder God, the daughter of the Primordial God Kronika and the sister of Shinnok. As the Goddess of Life and Nature, she can control the elements and combine them to create other elements such as ice, magma, and metal. She can also manipulate energy and create life with her presence.

Her gameplay is all about zoning. She also has many abilities to keep her opponents away from her as possible and prevent any hand-to-hand combat. Cetrion can emit shockwaves, fire energy blasts, incinerate her opponents, blast water beams, or summon metal blades to attack her opponents.

She also has a plethora of overpowered abilities such as creating force fields of different elements for her benefits. One such benefit is an automatic reaction to melee attacks and decreased damage taken.

As an Elder God, Cetrion is immortal and can’t be truly killed. She can even survive fatal injuries or decapitation like her brother, Shinnok.

To try out her skills, Mortal Kombat 11 is now out on the market. It was developed by NetherRealm Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment for Microsoft Windows gaming PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
