DLSS 4 multiplies performance by generating images at unprecedented speeds. For the creatives among us, RTX graphics delivers stellar performance in creative applications to speed up your workflows.
Let’s take a look at what is new with the RTX 5090 and RTX 5080.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090
The RTX 5090 is NVIDIA’s highest end graphics card.
The RTX 5090 features 3352 AI TOPS, 5th Gen Tensor cores, 4th Generation Ray Tracing cores, 3x 9th Gen NVIDIA Encoder (NVENC) & 2x 6th Gen Decoder (NVDEC), as well as a good amount of RAM with 32GB of GDDR7 memory with a bandwith of 1792 GB/sec. To power this graphics card your system will need to be equipped with a power supply of 1000 Watts or higher – the total graphics power of this card is 575 Watts.
In terms of raw graphics power, this is the fastest graphics card for gaming available. This raw gaming horsepower is complimented by NIVIDA’s suite of excellent DLSS features. Experience the next generation DLSS 4 Super Resolution, DLAA, Ray Reconstruction, Frame Generation, and Multi Frame Generation.
The performance boosting features of DLSS are even more noticeably thanks to the power of NVIDIA’s latency reducing features in NVIDIA Reflex, including Reflex 2, Low latency mode, and Frame Warp.
Demand for this graphics cards is high, so expect our systems featuring the RTX 50 Series to come in and out of stock intermittently.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080
The RTX 5080 represents NVIDIA’s next highest end GPU offering for this new generation of graphics card.
It features features 1801 AI TOPS, 5th Gen Tensor cores, 4th Generation Ray Tracing cores, 2x 9th Gen NVIDIA Encoder (NVENC) & 2x 6th Gen Decoder (NVDEC), a modest 16GB of GDDR7 VRAM. To power this graphics card your system will need to be equipped with a power supply of 850 Watts, slightly lower than it’s “big brother”, or higher – the total graphics power of this card is a pretty efficient 360 Watts
