Riot Forge came to The Game Awards 2019 with two big announcements. The Riot initiative collaboration studio has announced the release of their two games set in the League of Legends universe: CONV/RGENCE and Ruined King.
CONV/RGENCE focuses on Ekko as he discovered the dire consequences of controlling time with his invention. It is developed by Riot Forge alongside Double Stallion Games. We also featured this game in a previous article which you can check out here.
Ruined King, on the other hand, is a project handled by Riot Forge and Airship Syndicate, the same developers who worked on Battle Chasers: Nightwar and Darksiders Genesis.

Riot Forge has released information about the new game. According to their official post, Ruined King is a story-driven and turn-based RPG video game. It is set after the events of Burning Tides, where the player will be able to take control of LoL champions and explore the bustling city of Bilgewater and the mysterious Shadow Isles.
The game will feature innovative turn-based combat, beautiful art direction, and some of League’s favorite champion. Riot Forge also confirmed that the game will have many surprises and plenty of poros.
Ruined King: A League of Legends Story will advance the story of many champions in the League of Legends universe. It also offers fans an exciting way of experiencing the World of Runeterra.
The game is expected to be released next year for Microsoft Windows gaming PC.
