The system was great, came with no issues and no bloatware. It was set up well and I didn't need to change anything in the bios. Extremely satisfied.

The options were great and they installed everything perfectly. Everything is snug and I didn’t have to do anything. I got the support bracket for the gpu and I guess they gave me the other pieces that came with it (for size differences) stupid me tried figuring out to install it to only discover they already did it. PC set up was easy and this is coming from someone that games and also does content. I recommend this company although customer support absolutely sucked. Said I had to call to confirm order which I did and when I asked about upgrading the ram to Corsair vengeance the guy sounded like it was a inconvenience, talked slow and answered sarcastically “which one”? I don’t know man I don’t build pcs explain it to me, Corsair vengeance. Then I asked if he could explain which different Corsair vengeance they have since I thought it was just a brand and he just said check the website so… if I’m that dudes boss, I’d fire him because he’s more than likely costing you a ton of money when customers call for help or support he’s more than likely giving them the same attitude and this is coming from someone that’s nice to everyone,

Desktop arrived on time and extremely well packaged. It took a while to fully unbox it as I was trying hard not to damage the box or the shipping materials. PC started up fine and has been running great (and very quietly).

I wish yalls website gave more details about each pc. I wish I had known I cant control the rgb lights.. the brand of ram and cleave it uses so incase I want to order more ram later

Cyperpower makes the ability to create a product that is unique to my needs. The process of selecting the products (that are applicable to the desired needs) was achieved with great ease and efficiency. The delivery and delayed execution of the delivery was dissatisfying. Some of the requested parts were not in the company’s inventory which delayed production and delivery of the computer. Once the computer was completed and delivered, the shipping container showed significant damage and in turn, that container damaged was also reflected in the damaged to the computer. Tech support provided some peace of mind in the rapid response to resolving the problem. I look forward to the completion of the resolution on making the purchased computer the joy that I hope it is intended to have when the project was launched.

I was very happy overall with my experience. The ability to change out your parts or at least view the different parts you could add at a cost point was very helpful. Delivery was smooth and the machine was ready to go once it got to my house making for an overall easy and gratifying experience.

Buying the computer was easy enough, and the many available options were very, very nice. HOWEVER: your website's offerings and your available inventory were very clearly not in sync. As a new customer, there was no indication that the parts I ordered were not available. If that indication had been made, I probably would have ordered differently. This led to frustration on my end as I was given no information on scarcity delays until I reached out TWICE to ask. I don't follow tech news, I don't follow AI news, and as such I had no idea there were international shortages of these items. Now I do, and I certainly appreciate and am grateful that I was able to finally get them, but the ordering confusion, followed by the wait and the distinct lack of direct communication, all combined to notably lessen this experience for me. I will very likely order from CyperPowerPC again in the future, but after this experience, I don't trust your advertised available parts lists to be accurate, and I certainly will never spring for the faster shipping options.

I had no problems during my shopping experience. The website was easy to use and I did feel it was a little cluttered with things that did not interest me or help in my shopping for the machine I wanted to purchase. It would be nice to be able to directly compare two or three machines on the website at once so you can get an idea of what the different machines offer. The finally delivery had some issues as it took the delivery company far too long to deliver the package from their acceptance point to my address, which is less than 12 miles from their address. At one point, it got within a mile before the delivery person took a very different route. But it did arrive in good condition, so that is that. This did not impact my evaluation of Cyberpower, only of the shipping company.

The options for purchase are extremely restrictive and sometimes not intuitive. Processes are not described well regarding an email i got and thankfully saw because I almost never see my email that asked me to call in to verify my purchase. There was no warning and my order never would have proceeded further if I didn't do that. You need to guide better. That call left me on hold for iver 20 minutes because I was transferred to wrong department then had to hold again. Frustrating.

My only comment is that t the website makes it seem like the system (especially with the 5090 card) was in stock and ready to ship. That was misleading. I had to settle for a 5080 which still needed to be built.
