Main issue with order was had issues with first credit card we tried to use. Were able to use 2nd one. Another thing I've noticed is the pc did not come with the motherboard manual and the case instructions which I may need later on. I'm sure I can find all the info on the internet but would be nice to have when.

Everything was great, motherboard I bought originally was not available so I called and they switched it out with one that is arguably better.

I felt that the "next day delivery" was deceptive. I ordered before 7am on Thursday. The shipment did not go out until Friday It wasn't delivered until Monday. I called customer service and they told me this is normal. How is it normal for a "next day delivery" order to arrive two business days/4 calendar days later? Other than the slower than expected delivery. I am very pleased with the quality, value and performance of the new PC.

Packaging was insufficient. GPU had a bend in the backplate. Doesn't seem to cause issues but nonetheless it's troubling. Box had hold flaps, but the cardboard was not strong enough for it to be lifted by them.

Going through all the options to select with the purchase was a lot. I think for non-technical people that may be daunting and could turn people away. I work in IT and even I had to research all the bits & pieces to decide what was best. Otherwise I am loving the new desktop. Setup was easy and am now rocking & rolling.

I had a very pleasant experience ordering my new pc. I put a lot of time a research into this purchase and ultimately decided to go with cyber power pc. Purchasing was easy. During the build they reached out about a part that was on back order and asked if I wanted to wait or if I wanted to select the same part in a different color. They were very quick to respond to me and made the whole process a lot easier. My pc was shipped to me faster than expected and it works wonderfully. I have had it for a week and love it. Great company. Great service!

Love the computer . The 5080 works like a charm love the fact I got the gigabyte oc version ! , the fans and case are beautiful the wiring in the back is done so neat and perfect. Dislikes were the un named cheap psu. Even though it's a 1000 watts I would of rather had a 850 or 800 corsair then a 1000 dollar cheap psu. That can fry the whole build. Was kind of irritated at the aio but it actually keeps my i9 14th gen at perfect temps. Same with the gpu running like a dream ! Was a Lil bit hard to set up software wise took me a minute to be able to get everything updated and to go to the nividia site to find a couple things was missing but I have mediocre computer skills so nothing a complete beginner couldn't do. Aka me. Only grip is cheap ram and cheap psu. For 2300 bucks could of went with a better ram set. And the metal case the psu goes underneath limits what kind of put you can have by alot. But all that said I love the computer o and ups was 5 days late . Please for the love of God change ur shipper my box came all tore up if it wasn't for ur superb packing and shipping materials my computer def would if been damaged o and the keyboard and mouse are junk for sure. Ut easy fix lol.

I messed up at Yuletide and did not hit the quantity 2 button when I ordered my kids their yule presents. Imagine my HORROR when I DID realize that only one system had been ordered?? WHICH KID WAS GONNA GET THEIR PRESENT??? OOfta. As soon as I figured that out, I called.
