Overall an excellent purchase. I found the website a little difficult to navigate and sale information could be more easily accessed. I received an email saying they needed me to call, after purchase, no problem, however the company was not open and I wondered how I received the message to call, if no one was there. Also there was no option to leave a message or call back. Shipped quickly, once I spoke to someone and was well packaged.

Overall store experience was a little dated, but the site was functional and simple. Order placement and email communication was clear and frequent. Shipping left some to be desired, as the product was scheduled to be delivered while I was at work with signature required and no other options to pre-sign, reschedule, or hold at a UPS facility for pick-up. When I reached out to support, they were not very understanding and the tone of the communication could have been warmer.

Took advantage of the Christmas sale...originally looking at the Holliday9050 because it had( in my opinion) a better processor but it was not available in a prebuilt. I think the prebuilt I got will be an AWSOME and very similar computer. Very happy , so far.

Nice little gaming system that offers some customizations. Wish there were more case options and some configuration logic (ie. too small of a PS for config, no need for the GPU bracket with current choice). System was somewhat protected during shipment but the padding could've been more. It worked fine out of the box and no cables were loose. I think this system was an excellent deal for the price and would order from CyberPowerPC again.

Great job! I feel a couple of things were upgraded or better than expected. Delivery conflicted with vacation & instead of delaying I got it earlier than expected.

This is my fifth computer from cyberpowerpc and it will not be my last. I really like all of the custom choices that are available, so I can configure the PC the way I want. Also, their prices are good enough, it is not worth it to build it myself.

My only thing to nitpick would be that UPS delivered the computer to the wrong house, but that’s not on you guys. Excellent purchasing experience overall.

My son wanted a gaming computer for Christmas, I know nothing about them however my nephew has ordered from your site multiple times. He was able to build what I needed and put everything in the cart for me to be able to purchase. The real props go to him. My son loves his gift and it was easy for him to set up. The box came in with a giant hole in the side but the way it was packed helped keep it safe.

Overall excellent rating. Communications did not continue once the PC went into assembly/quality check. I did not know it was shipped until I got the UPS email notification. Of course, nice to know it was on it's way. Was a bit disappointed I could not add a second NVMe drive as a data drive and/or more RAM to the configuration via the WEB configure tool.

Computer arrived with the corner of the box bashed in. The face plate of the computer was broken off when I removed the computer from the box. Joey in tech support helped me get a return authorization and the computer is being shipped back to me soon.
