Very happy with the system overall. Be aware, if you get a Y60 case with a GPU that has an oversized heatsink there may be limited space between the GPU fans and the side glass. This may result in overheating and the GPU thermally throttle itself. There are custom side panel glass options available online with ventilation holes that solve this problem.

Great pc and I had great conversations over text but when I was called I didn't appreciate how the customer service guy gave me an attitude. Other than that it would've been 5 in all categories.

Great product. Larger than I expected. Good quality. Instructions on how to remove the glass panel to remove the packaging wasn’t very clear but eventually figured it out.

as with all computer products, i believe you should wait a bit before reviewing. despite asking for a 990 PRO PCIe ® 4.0 NVMe ® SSD 4TB - Samsung way before assembly that i didn't get, it's undenable the pc is build well and works good. within 3 weeks of purchase, i've only recieved 1 blue screen crash stating that faulty ram sticks, but i suspect it's more of a transit issue than anythihg. will continue to update. the pc is thoroughly nice and good and pleasant to look at.

I love the specs of the computer, but if I can get help with why my dual monitor is lagging consistently is the main reason why I'll be satisfied with my purchase. I've had a previous NVIDIA 1060 and have had no problems with my computer lagging. I would like to see if there is a troubleshoot for my problem. Thank you.

Honestly there's a lot of custom options. I wish they had more availability on colors and maybe even offered some kind of custom paint jobs or custom anything really for the PC parts. But the one I picked is really easy to take the panels off and I can happily have it customized by someone I know.
