Only issue I had with my computer was the wiring was kind of jammed into one of the fans. I'm assuming this was because of the foam but it was a very quick and easy fix. I just had to pop the back panel off and mess with the wiring a little. Other than that everything has been perfect and my order exceeded my expectations. I am a long time customer and I will continue ordering from this company.

I am very happy with the new computer. I like to play Microsoft Simulator 2020, but I do have a concern about the temperature of the i9 CPU. In the game it is between 95° to 100°C. According to Intel, the CPU is certified up to 100°c. Did I miss something in my order? Should the liquid cooling have more capacity? Should there be more fans or a case that is better ventilated? This was a surprise but not a show stopper.

I haven't had it installed all that long to give a good evaluation but so far, so good. My biggest complaint so far is that it is really noisy. Despite fewer fans than my old CyberPower computer it's much noisier!!! It sounds like a bathroom exhaust fan.

So far the PC has been really good. After 2-3 days of moderate use (I only used it on this past friday, saturday and sunday, for only a few hours each day), no problems have arisen, and overall build quality seems solid. The professional wiring I paid for was done "okay", but upon removing the side panel behind the motherboard to look back there, the wires still seemed a little bit of a twisted tangle. It doesn't appear to be easy to undo or modify when the time or need comes to do so. I understand your builders have time limits, but I'd much rather wait another couple of days for my order to be ready if it meant that the builder could take more time to keep things more organized so undoing or modifying is a breeze. While all the wires are hidden pretty good through the visible side of the case, I can tell the builder was still rushed, and didn't truly take all the time required to do the best job possible. Good service and good quality takes time, and you might be surprised to know how many other customers are willing to wait a little longer for a build to be put together better, or even pay more. If the professional wiring extra charge was $100 rather than just $39, I would have paid it if I knew that the wires were gonna be even cleaner and more organized than they are now. It might sound like I'm being picky, but I'm just giving you an opinion on where to go from here. After almost a week of use, I'm very happy with what I got, for the price I paid. I will certainly consider Cyberpower again for my next computer, and I hope that experience will be even better than this one.
