I was a little bit surprised to see that the BIOS wasn't updated to the latest release available at the time of assembly, but that's a minor issue that I can take care of myself. Otherwise I've been very happy with the system so far.

I received everything in working condition . The only thing broken was the scrolling bar in the upper left corner of keyboard. So I called your shipping department and they said a replacement Is on the way .

First issue: received an email that was a bit cryptic in the ask. Cyberpower wanted me to call them to confirm the order. This ask was at the bottom of the email and looked like and order confirmation. This was even after they billed my card. This of course delayed the shipping which I was fine with until the pc arrived in January. Come to find out I cannot redeem a game from nVidia due to the code expiration of 12/29. Maybe some fine tuning of the order confirmation would be good. Perhaps a line stating “your order is on hold until you contact us”. This was the 3rd pc purchased here and never had this before.

Build quality was very good. Cable management at the back could have been a little more organized but otherwise everything worked perfectly.

Three hard drives were purchased, and each hard drive was named C,D,E. They each have the exact same storage size, so it's gonna be a bit of work to identify which hard drive is what. The expanding foam, while I understand it's importance and I'm glad its there for the shipping, is a bit hard to remove, and could have caused damage from its removal.
