Just purchased a new computer from CyberPowerPC for the first time, and it was a smooth experience overall. The website provided many customization options that allowed me to pick exactly the components that I wanted. The parts are high quality from reputable companies, and the prices are reasonable, especially with the holiday sale specials. It wouldn't have been easy to build my own computer for much cheaper, so well worth the cost. The shipping was fast and the computer was packaged securely. Communication was excellent: I received many notifications throughout the process of the status.

The overall build is amazing and your customer service agent that was assigned to me was awesome his name is Warren he was able to update me on the status before I was able to see it on the website I was recommended by a buddy of mine who got a beautiful rig from y'all and would gladly share my experience with other coworkers and colleagues that are thinking about making the switch from console to pc. My only feedback would be unfortunately the keyboard that was sent with my order was delivered broken luckily I ordered a second keyboard and I have some backup ones but would have loved to try out the cyber power keyboard that came with it also if benchmarking and stress testing stats were provided during quality control testing that would be awesome!! Overall great experience I just wish the keyboard that came with it wasn’t broken :(

The website was okay, but not bad or great. It could use some work. There was something about the selection process that needed some work. I can't put my finger on it now, but I think it could be improved.

The case does not fit properly. I had to bend metal to get the HDMI cable to plug in. Also, the case presses on the reset button so I have a o prop up the case for it to start up properly.

YOU HAVE DISAPPEARING EMAILS IN MICROSOFT OUTLOOK!!!! I HAD LIKE A FEW SECONDS TO READ I WENT TO MOVE AND SAVE INTO ANOTHER FOLDER AND POOF IT WAS GONE!! Might want your iT department to look into that!

Pros: - Good price - Clean build - No major problems Cons: - Little guidance on how to remove packaging from case (wasted a bunch of time figuring out how take it apart to remove packaging) - Small dings on cooler - Case fan has loose wire and is quite loud - hard to work with support to figure out how to fix and/or if normal - Shipping was a pain; stayed home to sign for the package, and still didn't get notified by UPS; wasted half my Saturday

I foud the website very easy to use, making it clear when parts are or aren't compatible -- very helpful. Finding the right options and part combinations was easy and I had confidence that my build would work perfectly. The site had a lot of sales at the time but I've noticed that even outside of the holidays they will have good deals on certain hardware. The package wasn't shipped inside of a larger shipping box, and was damaged on the corners and slightly water softened. But the box it did ship in was very thick and wax coated? (water protected) and the unit inside was in perfect working order. There was however, a few dirty/greasy streaks on the unit, as if the builder had dirty hands, but they wiped off and I didn't make a big deal out of it. So far the unit is working fantastic and I'm really happy with the ease of the entire process. Thanks for you hard work and killer deals guys!

The best experience Ive had so far. Amazon's team, outside Kendra, was absolutely atrocious and should be embarrassed with how they handled a prior situation. In the game of life, they were the NY Giants, fumbling left and right. Yall came in there like the Chiefs, or Patriots, whatever analogy you wanna use, with the game on the line and got it done. Appreciate it.

PC is exactly what I ordered specifications wise, including a last minute change. Setup quickly and works with most of my software with an exception I haven't managed to troubleshoot yet, but otherwise excellent so far
