Unsure if this review is for the website or the PC or experience overall, so I will be copying and pasting this in the other review. There are a few things that I feel were either not necessary or didn't "wow" me. For one, I didn't like that a keyboard and mouse was NOT optional. I for one have been using a potato for 10yrs and over those recent years, I got a new keyboard and mouse. I would have liked the option to remove those items for a slightly lower price. I'm not trying to be a penny pincher, I do now have to find somewhere to put the new keyboard and mouse. Secondly my keyboard arrived slightly damaged? I do not think that is Cyber's problem really as much as it was UPS and probably mishandling the product overall. This does tie into the "not needing a keyboard and mouse", as if I had the option to not include one, I wouldn't have the need to reach out to customer service. Lastly, this is regarding UPS and NOT CyberPower. I bought the PC on sale that included 2day shipping and it took 7 business (5working) days to arrive. I live in NC and my area was affected by Helene, so I am not holding this against CyberPower. Overall, I love my new PC and I was due for a new one after 10yrs! I'm excited to game and just casually online shop/browse without struggling to open up a browser or game. Thank you so much!
