Part of the delivery was damaged at the warehouse (not via shipping). When I messaged in regards to it, responses were painfully slow- up to an hour between messages. I called instead. The person on the phone was disinterested and very rude. It honestly turned me off from wanting to order from the company again, even though my friends are the ones who recommended it to me. The PC itself works great, and the damaged accessories were replaced (currently en route). The customer service is very lackluster.

This pc was well put together. all the cables were all plug in. Wires banned together, GPU and CPU are intact as well and setting up the pc was a breeze. The fans are nice and cool. Plus the shipment was nicely care.

This is the 2nd purchase. Support responds so quick for my questions even it is reagarding the RTX GPU delay and expected arrival date. He is so honest and hides nothing. I am so happy. Also, the quality of wiring behinde the case is good.

Case arrived with scuff mark and several dirty smudges, white case so very visible. ups signature delivery worked out fine but would have preferred to pickup at the ups center which your emails implied was not allowed.

I love the way it looks I just realized that the gpu that you get is not the one in the picture only downside cuz the one in the picture looks way cooler I’ve had some booting problems that I’m getting worked out hopefulll

The product is amazing! I only wish there was more communication when an item is back ordered. There was no notice to me at all when I purchased or after that an item in my build was back ordered, so my build just took weeks beyond my expected ship date to actually ship without any word from CyberPower! It is very concerning to not know what is happening when I have made such a large purchase.

Great shopping experience, great product. The only negative I have is the delay in receiving the product. The GPU had been and still is in high demand and was on back order. The website still advertised the normal shipping date, but the product shipped 3 weeks later than advertised.

The only thing that I did not like is that I got the ASRock still Legend RX 9070xt and if I would have had the information for the gigabyte version card with the three connector pins and knowing what I know now that is the graphics card I would have went with that particular brand. Other than that everything is running good. I was very appreciative of the swap for the black Ram to the white Ram to match the white build of the system.

Great sales team. This is my second rig from you guys and the first one is still going strong. However, it's time for updates and I have a new baby to raise, lol. This one was much cleaner in terms of wiring. My first one was a rat's nest and I had paid for professional wiring LOL. I can tell you guys have stepped up your ball game in pretty much every department since my first purchase. The first PC did have issues with the graphics card and I did have to return it. So far this PC has caused no issue, it runs and plays wonderfully.

Buying this pc was good and a good price. The big problem I had was receiving my pc from UPS. You guys limited all the options I had to receive my pc. I couldn’t have it shipped to my neighbor, I can’t pick it up from the store and I didn’t know when it would get delivered. They only gave a 3-4 hour window that you had to be sitting around waiting for UPS to knock. I had to get my mom to work from my condo because I couldn’t get my package when I was home from work. I work a 9-5 M-F like a normal American. It shouldn’t be a struggle to get my pc. I shouldn’t have to inconvenience my mother for a package. Good thing my mom was able/willing to help.

Happy with my purchase! One note of improvement for the order fulfillment however, your FAQs state that in the event of a backorder of parts needed for the order, you would inform the customer of the delay and a new estimated time for delivery. I know the GPU market and supply chain is a mess, but I had made this order with Cyberpower specifically because the website indicated that it would be delivered within a good timeframe (as opposed to searching for the backordered parts and building the PC myself). A notification at the very least that the order would take longer to fulfill would have been nice even if an estimated timeframe wasn't feasible.
