When I receive the product the first day it arrived damage probably from shipping, but I call customer service and they help me out real quick. Took the product to them. They fixed it quick dropped it off. On Friday was ready on Monday. I think if I would’ve left it there on Monday it would’ve been done on Tuesday but because it was the weekend.

This my first time getting a PC so settings it up was not to bad little extra work but fine .shipping was fast but there was damage on the box I was thinking it wasn't going to work it has a big scratch on the glass maybe better packaging to keep it from take damage but otherwise it was good ?? it work some cables lose but nothing much a quick fix and my better instructions I had to look up videos on the internet to make sure everything was OK ?? but I like it

This is my 3rd Cyberpower PC over around 15 years. In general, the shopping experience and quality of the gaming PCs are excellent. As some suggestions, my first 2 PCs I had fully customized from the builder. For this one, there was a fall savings deal on one of the prebuilt packages which I utilized. I was not able to get much detail about the motherboard that was included from the website. Also, I wanted to add a second HDD and was not able to. I ended up buying one from Amazon and installing it myself, but I would have liked to have the option for Cyberpower to add it and install it professionally.

On the prebuilt systems it would be nice if there was an option for windows home vs pro. As a business location, I have to separately install pro each and every time I order a windows home machine.

Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase. The keyboard oddly enough was bent, but there were absolutely no other issues with anything, as it fired right up, and I've been gaming on it since. I have purchased from Cyberpower in the past, and will do so again in the future.

I did like the website and the ability for me to quickly determine if the computer I wanted was available. Would have been nice if the premade units allowed for minimal upgrades like increasing the amount of RAM or HD storage. But, with it being a premade unit, I made for a quick purchase.

PC did not display an image out of the box so i had to reset the cmos battery. Also when using usb or wireless headset the audio will crackle and drop out completely. Had to use a headset connected with a 3.5mm audio jack. Other than that, good experience

The website was very easy to navigate, and the personnel I spoke with while paying for the order were very helpful indeed. There were a few minor issues with payment processing, but those were related to my bank's policies and not something I can fault Cyberpower or its employees for. Overall, I had an excellent experience, and would gladly do business with Cyberpower again in future.
