Overall i am happy with my purchase. The desktop looks good, and works as it should. The only complaint i have is the keyboard's '6' key didn't work, so i threw it out and used my backup eVGA keyboard.

I had a great experience with cyberpowerpc.com. The website was easy to navigate and found what I wanted quickly. I ordered on a Monday and it was here by Wednesday. I was very surprised by that and appreciate it because I wanted it here for my son's birthday on Thursday. The entire experience was very pleasant and Cyberpower would be my first stop if I were to make a similar purchase in the future.

Overall great shopping and purchasing experience. Only thing I was disappointed in was there was no sale price adjustment. My exact configuration was $100 off less than a week later. There should be some short window where if there was a price change, a refund should be given.

Your warranty customer service is next to non-existant. A 4 day old $2500.00 computer crashes and the only support is 1 link to the Windows site and 1 link to the SSD site. When asked for some assistance or explanation, I was told to go spend $175.00 freight, subject the computer to the hazards of shipping, and in 3 weeks we will get it back to you. Further time (8 to 12 hrs) by isolating the problem to the SSD, I was then told to ship back and they would replace in 10 days. Several more hours and 20 mins of help from an IT savvy friend and we solved the problem. 20 minutes . or less of help from your CS individual would have resolved. the problem right away. Why wasn't the SSD firmware updated prior to shipping? Aside from the $5,000 I have spent with you, I have referred another $10,000. This level of support will certainly prevent any more recommendations from me or my friends

Easy setup and great quality product- well built! Purchase and delivery was too-notch. Only complaint is that the web site gives the option for Amazon Pay, then on the next screen said that option wasn’t available .

Very disappointed about the shipment time. My previous orders for my self and family members all arrived in a decent amount of time, this shipment took a very long time due to the address verification. But with no follow up I was just waiting extra weeks. On the phone when I called the tech didn't care and said it would ship same week. It didn't and I had to wait even longer.
