I would give everything a 5, however it took longer then quoted to get here. Not the employees fault or anything, just complications with drivers that were out of their control. Also, when I got the computer it did not finish its updates or booting sequence and was set on booting from network. I had to go into BIOs and change it. Also during the shipping the M.2 became disconnected. The little plastic twister barely holds the drive down. My suggestion is to put the drive in a slot that uses a regular screw to hold it down. Had some mom purchased this PC for his kid or someone who does not know how to troubleshoot these issues would have returned the PC. I had to reinstall windows to get it working after all of this. it makes it more complicated too because the M.2 was directly under the GPU so i had to remove it to get too it

I am VERY pleased with my recent purchase from CyberPowerPC. This is my third custom desktop I've purchased from CyberPowerPC, and everything was perfect. The quality of the custom desktop is top notch. I can tell they put in the necessary time and effort to build a fantastic system. Additionally, the price was VERY reasonable. Due to an accidental error on the CyberPowerPC website, I was able to obtain a custom system with the latest 5090 video card. CyberPowerPC recognized the website error but still honored my purchase. As soon as the hardware arrived, they quickly built and shipped my desktop. I've now used it for a couple days and it's everything I had hoped for. Thank you once again CyberPowerPC.

The delivery guy was tossing my box around -_-. Was somewhat concerned it would have problems as a result. However, none to date!!! Which I guess means you guys have great protection in packaging!

Wish I would've gotten more help from sales department prior my purchase as I had a very limited knowledge of the item I purchased. I would have gotten more upgraded parts for the product, such as rgb fans, more storage, better key boards and more. I was a bit disappointed of sales or lack there off, now I'm having to upgrade these items after the facts from 3rd party store. I initially made contact to "sales" via online chat, looking for best possible options, conversation we're very brief and I was brushes away very quickly and not being sold anything. I like this brand, and I own several in the office. This is the reason I came back to cyber power.

Delay when the GPU I ordered was not available. Better to only offer items in stock or in the pipeline.

The only thing I was concerned about was there was an empty black box packaged with my PC. At first I thought I was missing all my cords and stuff but I found them loose in the PC box. I'm pretty sure they were supposed to be packaged in that empty black box. It was the perfect size.

Dear Cyberpower PC, Overall, I was quite impressed with the build quality of my new PC and the customer service provided by Danny was good, but I feel like the answers to my questions were a little generalized. I asked specific questions pertaining to my build and it wasn't answered in detail. I later found out I didn't receive a gaming mouse and gaming keyboard because I accidently deselected them by accident since I had to change my pc configurations a few times. A tech support by the name of Leo assisted me but he couldn't help me because he said I didn't select the items at checkout, although it was a mistake, but I asked I wouldn't mind paying for it, and was told it wouldn't be the same price. Then later I found out there's a sale of a new P.C that was the same GPU and a better quality Gpu (4070 super ti) was being offered at a cheaper base price than what was offered for my pc. I was thinking about returning mine and exchanging it for a better GPu but I don't want the extra hassle. I wish I could've waited a bit before making a >$2000 purchase without some degree of regret.

Does this PC support dual monitors? If so where are 2 display ports for them and if not, what do I need to get and add to the system to support them? I have a tech person coming to set up the computer next week.

Main issue with order was had issues with first credit card we tried to use. Were able to use 2nd one. Another thing I've noticed is the pc did not come with the motherboard manual and the case instructions which I may need later on. I'm sure I can find all the info on the internet but would be nice to have when.

Everything was great, motherboard I bought originally was not available so I called and they switched it out with one that is arguably better.
